iv) For orders in which the Product(s) may have gone out of stock, under such circumstances, such order will get cancelled and the payment received against such order will be refunded.

Return & Exchange Policy:
We reserve the right to returns or exchanges of products within and beyond 7 days of the delivery date. Most electronic products, watches and jewellery have one year standard international warranty. Rolex and Omega watches come with lifetime warranty.
If there are any noticeable discrepancies with Your order or if the product(s) delivered is the incorrect product(s), please contact Haute24 at the soonest (within 7 days of delivery of Your shipment) to make any necessary corrections.
