We are committed to providing you with complete customer satisfaction.To facilitate this commitment, we’ve put in place our policies to better serve you with the best shopping experience.

Delivery: Products are shipped from USA and take 3-8 weeks for delivery. Delays are expected in international shipping due to COVID-19. 


Return & Refund Policy:

Refund Policy:

A refund would be granted under the following conditions:

i) If a product(s) is found inauthentic at any time after Your purchase:

ii) Production or shipping damage(s) reported to us within 3 days of delivery of the product;

iii) A prior request for cancellation to Your order made by you within 6 hours of purchase (please contact us via email/phone number provided in ‘’Call Us’’ section of the bottom of the Haute24.com website within 6 hours of Your order).

- We reserve the right to cancel orders after 6 hours of Your purchase, however, 5% of the amount of the product/s cancelled is chargeable as restocking fee (under 6 hours of Your purchase) and 20% of the amount of the product/s cancelled is chargeable as restocking fee (exceeding 6 hours of Your purchase)

iv) For orders in which the Product(s) may have gone out of stock, under such circumstances, such order will get cancelled and the payment received against such order will be refunded.

 For any other reason(s), We solely reserve the right in grant of refunds.

All refunds will be processed within 14-15 days after they are granted unless stated otherwise.

Return & Exchange Policy:

We reserve the right to returns or exchanges of products within and beyond 7 days of the delivery date. Most electronic products, watches and jewellery have one year standard international warranty. Rolex and Omega watches come with lifetime warranty.

Product Discrepancies:

If there are any noticeable discrepancies with Your order or if the product(s) delivered is the incorrect product(s), please contact Haute24 at the soonest (within 7  days of delivery of Your shipment) to make any necessary corrections. Product discrepancies not notified to Us within 7 days may not be eligible for replacement. Please do not use product(s) that You believe are incorrect as it may preclude Our ability to exchange and/or replace the discrepant product(s). You may be requested to provide photographs/video clips of the discrepant product(s) to help Us better assist You.

Return Eligibility:

All returned or exchanged product(s) must be:

  • Returned within 7 days 
  • Original or/and Saleable condition
  • All packing material must be intact along with attached price tag(s), warranty/authenticity/care cards, manuals, and accessories provided with the product(s).
  • Return shipping charges/expenses are borne by the customer. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced or damaged packages.
  • The Package must be packed (boxed where necessary) and sealed appropriately for the safety of the product(s). 

We reserve the right to refuse any return if there are:

  • Any signs of wear/usage of the product(s)
  • Part(s) of the product(s) are missing.

 

Apparel such as Jeans, pajamas, tops, t shirts, sleepwear, lingerie, bras, panties, leggings, outerwear and other apparel are non-returnable in any circumstances.

We shall not be responsible if a product is lost or damaged in transit due to improper packing. The exchange is subject to availability of the product(s).


Modification of Orders:

We reserve the right, in granting modification/alteration to Your order(s), after such booking, in no other circumstances shall a modification/alteration of Your order be granted.

Advance Payments:

Booking of Your orders on a cash on delivery mode of payment can be availed on select product(s), at a fixed monetary price, in which, we possess the sole discretion in affixing of such prices and such prices, are susceptible to change from time to time,

For all other orders, a minimum of 75% (‘’Partial payment’’) of the price can be paid  at the time of booking such order and the balance of the price shall be paid when the product/s reach our India warehouses.

A full payment in advance may be required from time to time, to book all special/select/exclusive deals.

PACKING OF OUR PRODUCT(S):
Most of our product(s) are not inclusive of product additionals (Brand dustbags, Brand packing, etc). This is because discounted stores of the brands concerned do not provide the product(s) additionals, however, if the concerning brands provide product(s) with the product(s) additonals, Haute24 does not withold such product(s) additionals and have them granted to you. Concerning certain brands, do provide the product(s) additionals at an additional price, in such case, you may purchase such product(s) additionals for an additional price. The only exceptions are most super luxury product(s) by which you will receive the exact brand packing and dustbags as the stores provide (Terms apply).
