A 100% refund would be granted under the following conditions:

Return & Exchange Policy:

Product Discrepancies:

If there are any noticeable discrepancies with Your order or if the product(s) delivered is the incorrect product(s), please contact Haute24 at the soonest (within 7  days of delivery of Your shipment) to make any necessary corrections. Product discrepancies not notified to Us within 7 days may not be eligible for replacement. Return Eligibility:

All returned or exchanged product(s) must be:

  • Returned within 7 days 
  • Original or/and Saleable condition
  • All packing material must be intact along with attached price tag(s), warranty/authenticity/care cards, manuals, and accessories provided with the product(s).
  • Return shipping charges/expenses are borne by the customer. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced or damaged packages.
